• Completely in NATURAL RUBBER (NR/SBR) (HALOGEN FREE) with hardness 80/85 shore for the base, 85/90 shore for the cover.
• Base in black, cover in shining yellow. Glow wire test 960°C.
• Discrete resistance against chemical elements, against sprays of oil. Considerable resistance against sudden changes in temperature including temperatures from -20°C to +80°C.
• High mechanical resistance and resistance against abrasion.
• Cover in rubber hinched along the entire length with nylon shafts that allow the opening to 90°.
• A slight slope of the lateral ramps also facilitates the crossing of devices with small wheels. The ramps have a particular shaping against slipping.
• The CG ducts are made with the purpose to lay cables and/or piping across streets, pavements, public places and trade show pavillions.
• The orderly and covered disposition increases the levels of security solving many problems, (order in the distribution of the conductors, esthaetics of the operative situations, incumbrance of the passage-ways, safety of the people walking by from contact with the powercables, crossing of wheelchairs, baby carriages, wheelbarrows, stretchers, etc., crushing due to the passage of heavy vehicles, regulations for the prevention of accidents).
• The positioning of several ducts is done by connecting more modules through the dovetails that give a stable alignment.
• The size of the passages allow to effectuate the junction of the cables internally through loose links according to the regulations of civil and military safety.
